Shelly graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy Degree. She began her clinical practice early as physio assistant under supervision from 2015 in different health sectors, including private practice, age care and sports club. Apart from work, Shelly plays badminton at a competitive level and her experience in rehabilitation for sports injuries as both being an athlete and physio has enhanced her professional care significantly. Her experience of competing internationally from a young age in piano, Shelly also realised the need to promote the idea of functional training and optimising fitness for musicians.

Dr Sam Megalli is the Director of Enmore Medical Practice and has over 25 years of Pharmaceutical experience in many areas including clinical, management, academic and medical research. Sam is a senior pharmaceutical executive, during his career, he has led numerous successful roles. Dr Sam Megalli was also employed as an academic at the University of Sydney Faculty of Pharmacy as a Lecturer and Course co-ordinator in the area of Pharmacotherapeutics. For over 20 years, Sam has also managed and owned many community pharmacies and worked as consultant pharmacist. Furthermore, Sam has been providing consultant work for many aged care facilities since 2000.

Raquel holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from University of Bs. As. and she also completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Social Health at Macquarie University.

She is a bilingual English/Spanish registered psychologist with over ten years of local experience in counselling to adults and late teens with a diverse range of clinical presentations and avenues of life.

Raquel uses an integrative style adapted to individual needs. She comprises a variety of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy and Short Term Solution Focused Therapy.
