Dr Cashion was born in Brisbane and grew up in Rockhampton.

After graduating in medicine from the University of Queensland in 2002 he spent many years working in emergency medicine and general practice.

He completed training in No scalpel vasectomy under Dr Doug Stein in Florida with further training undertaken in Australia. He performs more than 30 vasectomies a week across Australia.

Dr Cashion is a Fellow of the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (FACRRM) and the Royal College of Emergency Medicine (FRCEM), and is actively involved in teaching general practice registrars in his role as a General Practice Supervisor with James Cook University.

Dr Sam Megalli is the Director of Enmore Medical Practice and has over 25 years of Pharmaceutical experience in many areas including clinical, management, academic and medical research. Sam is a senior pharmaceutical executive, during his career, he has led numerous successful roles. Dr Sam Megalli was also employed as an academic at the University of Sydney Faculty of Pharmacy as a Lecturer and Course co-ordinator in the area of Pharmacotherapeutics.
