10.1 Online appointments may be made through a third-party booking system used by the practice. Use of that system is also subject to the booking provider’s own terms and privacy policy.
10.2 NCS is not responsible for conflicts or errors arising from use or misuse of the booking service, including missed or wrongly booked appointments, or any negative experience or outcome arising from the appointment or the booking process.
10.3 For the proper operation of the booking system, NCS and the booking provider’s staff and contractors, who are subject to confidentiality obligations, may be given access to personal information as part of their services.
10.4 Information collected when booking an appointment may include:
- your first and last name
- email address
- date of birth
- contact number
- comments
10.5 Any additional comments should be general in nature and should not disclose personal or medical information.
