Coronavirus Precautions

If you have cold /Flu or any Covid like symptoms, please book a Telehealth/Phone appointment with our doctor. Eligibility criteria applies for telehealth

To be eligible for telehealth services patients must have attended for a face-to-face consultation at the practice in the last 12 months. Exceptions include patients who are subject to isolation or quarantine due to state or territory COVID-19 public health orders.

Please wear a mask when attending your appointment at Enmore Medical Practice.

A negative RT-PCR test result done in the last 24 hrs is required to attend practice if you have any Covid/ cold flu symptoms.

Located in the heart of Enmore, our medical centre boasts 9 consult rooms with large procedure room and one treatment room . Full time nurse available weekdays.

If you are a motivated doctor looking to join a busy practice, this is an opportunity not to be missed. You will be walking into a medical centre with a well-established patient base with a dedicated and experienced team of doctors and staff to support you while you earn a great income, work with flexibility and clinical sovereignty. You can expect full books from day one. We provide Excellent remuneration package on percentage of billing, and high hourly rates guaranteed.

We have on board Allied health professionals which includes Physiotherapist, Psychologist, Dietitian, Pathology collection and Naturopath.
We also have pharmacy on site and secure Parking provided.

MASK Mandatory & COVID Policy

Due to the current situation and healthcare setting, We still have MASK mandatory policy in place. If you have a medical condition, please contact us on 02 95503477 prior to the appointment to discuss alternative options such as telehealth.

If you have COUGH, COLD, FEVER or SORE THROAT, please do not attend the clinic. Contact us and request telehealth consultations. Our team is working under NSW health guidelines. Referrals and Prescriptions

All referrals and prescriptions (new and repeat) require a consultation with a doctor. Please note that a referral is a legal document, it cannot be backdated or issued without a consultation with a Doctor. Your Doctor will determine if a referral is warranted. We ask all our patients not to misplace their referrals or attend your specialist appointment without one.

S8 Drugs Policy

Enmore Medical Practice Doctors DO NOT prescribe S8 addictive drugs to any patients.

Interpretation Service

Patients from non-English speaking backgrounds are able to contact the National Relay Service on 1800 555 660 or the Telephone Interpreting Service (TSI) on 131450 to book an interpreter. (Private fee may apply)

Transfer of Medical Records

You can transfer your Medical Record from your current / previous clinic to Enmore Medical Practice to continue your care. Request a transfer of medical records form from one of our doctors or admin staff here.

Email is not a secure source of communication. We prefer, we do not communicate any medical information by emails. If you request a copy of medical information, you will be asked for a fax number, postal address or to pick up from surgery.
If email is the only way to communicate. We request you download all attachments, delete the email as soon as possible to avoid any potential online security breaches. Enmore Medical Practice take no responsibility of security breaches. Verbal consents are recorded at the time for request.
